How the check works
Open this page, tap Check a call, and read its three words to ICA. This connects your browser to the current call. The words are not a password or consent to a change.
Compare the member’s details with your records. You decide whether to proceed.
Privacy
Checks use a temporary browser cookie. The three words expire in five minutes and work once. Personal details clear when the page is hidden or detects that the call or authorization has ended.
Membership requests are encrypted, reviewed by ICA administrators and deleted within 30 days. A request creates no account. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
A live check cannot rule out a compromised account or someone relaying a conversation. It does not prove legal identity or replace your customer checks.
